La fiction moderne r\u00e9v\u00e8le une continuit\u00e9 dans la repr\u00e9sentation du r\u00e9el sous une forme floue\u00a0; les effets de brouillard envahissant ou de couleur en l\u2019air se multiplient, quels que soient les modes d\u2019expression visuelle. Dans de telles \u0153uvres, on per\u00e7oit les choses simultan\u00e9ment opaques et transparentes, selon un vocabulaire de la vaporisation et de la dissolution des formes.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_3\"><span class=\"style_2\" style=\"color: #333333;\">Les effets lumino-chromatiques de voile, de filtre et de saturation fumeuse, qu\u2019ils soient r\u00e9els ou virtuels, constituent des relais plastiques essentiels de cette esth\u00e9tique de l\u2019\u00e0-travers. Ils instaurent de l\u2019\u00e9blouissement ou de l\u2019effacement, de l\u2019alt\u00e9rit\u00e9 et du doute\u00a0; ils favorisent le contact direct et minimisent la confiance que l\u2019on place dans notre organe visuel.
